Our Programs

At Deep Waters Hospitality Foundation, we empower at-risk young adults and formerly incarcerated individuals by providing hands-on training and mentorship in the hospitality industry. Through career-focused programs in roles such as sous chef, food & beverage manager, and other service positions, we equip our participants with the skills, confidence, and support they need to rebuild their lives.

Our goal is to create pathways to meaningful employment, personal growth, and successful reintegration into society — transforming lives and strengthening communities through the power of hospitality.
