CAPITAL CAMPAIGN PLAN

“Advisors of Transformation: A Campaign for Deep Waters”

Deep Waters Hospitality Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to transforming lives through the power of hospitality. Our mission is to empower individuals—especially those with past legal challenges and at-risk young adults—by equipping them with the skills, training, and support needed to build successful careers in the hospitality industry. We believe in second chances and are committed to opening doors to brighter futures, one opportunity at a time. Join us as an Advisor of Transformation—empowering lives through service, skills, and second chances.

Campaign Goal:

Our campaign is dedicated to raising $5 million to purchase and renovate a multi-purpose facility that will transform lives and strengthen our community. This space will serve as a training center to prepare individuals for rewarding careers in hospitality, an event venue that generates sustainable revenue to support our mission, and transitional housing to provide program participants with stability as they work toward independence.

Case for Support

Why Now?
Deep Waters Hospitality Foundation is expanding. To fully realize our mission—to transform the lives of at-risk young adults and formerly incarcerated individuals through hospitality training—we need a permanent home. This facility will be a launchpad for futures, a place of healing and hope, and a hub for community-building through meaningful work and mentorship.

    Donor Levels (Advisory Circles)

Each donor becomes an “Advisor of Transformation” in our journey. Their support is both financial and symbolic—representing belief in the power of second chances and the hospitality industry as a vehicle for change.
